I want to talk more about how planning has boosted my self-confidence, and how this has impacted all areas of my life.
This process has built so much self-confidence and self-trust. I know that I can rely on myself to show up and do the work.

CLARITY
Planning brings me clarity. There is science behind the magic of applying pen to paper. This act of writing helps clear my thought process, helps me solve problems, and helps me prioritize and organize my life. By writing out my appointments, tasks, goals, and dreams, I am taking these categories of data out of my brain and organizing them into my daily routine. This helps bridge the gap between the action steps in my mind, and how / when to accomplish them.
CALM
Planning brings me a sense of calm. I tend to get overwhelmed very easily when I have a million things going on during the day and I’m relying on just my brain to remember it all. When I take a moment to breathe, open my planner, and start writing, it relieves the stress and worry that I will forget something.
Brain dump sessions are great for this. I will grab a clean or scrap sheet of paper and just dump everything that comes to mind at the moment. I will then organize all this info where it needs to go in my planner.
CONFIDENCE
Ultimately, this clarity and sense of calm lead to confidence. I know that I am keeping up with daily demands and also allowing for self-improvement in working toward my goals. I know that if I write down a task in my planner for the day, I will get it done. If it doesn’t get done, it’s because it was a task that could be moved to another day. This process has built so much self-confidence and self-trust. I know that I can rely on myself to show up. I will do the workout, I will finish my work tasks, and I will keep taking action steps to build my brand. I will make time for what matters to me because I have a planner that helps me do that.
One HUGE way that planning has helped me build confidence is with this brand, Prints By Kaitlyn. ULTIMATELY
This self-confidence that I have gained from the process of using a planner has overflowed into all areas of my life. It makes me feel more sure of myself, proud of myself, and I feel more capable. If I ever need a reminder of how capable I am, all I have to do is flip back through my planner and see everything I have accomplished throughout the year.
If you want this sort of confidence, I recommend using a planner regularly, sticking with it consistently, being disciplined to do what you set out to do, and you will gain so much confidence in yourself. It will have a compounding effect and improve all areas of your life.
You have the ability to take back control over your life and your energy.
