WHY I STARTED
I created this program because I was the woman who felt stuck on autopilot.
This program was born from feeling stuck, feeling like my nervous system was always on high-alert, feeling continually exhausted, and honestly just not excited about life. I wanted more for myself. I know how hard it is to feel stuck in this place and not know how to dig yourself out.
WHERE I STARTED
I started by relying on my planning practice to ground me, help reduce anxiety, and help me start building healthier habits for myself.
For the next few years, I spent intentional time and effort working on myself, building a brand and business that I’m passionate about, and being present with my family and loved ones.
I slowly shifted my mindset to a more positive outlook and found more joy in my everyday life.
This didn’t happen overnight, it was a process, and through this personal growth, I have learned that the journey IS your life. You don’t want to be constantly looking to the finish line and not being present with yourself right now. The journey should be fun and exciting.
HOW IT’S GOING
I wanted to put all the strategies, tools, and frameworks that I have used the past several years into one complete system that you can follow along with to help save you those years of grinding but not enjoying the journey.
I have had such an amazing support system in my family and my partner. I realized how blessed I am to have that, and not everyone does. So I want this program that I have created to be your support system. The sections are written to include my personal stories and experiences, and I wanted it to feel like you are talking to a friend. There are moments of tough love, but it’s rooted in positivity and support.

Writing the material for this program took months of work and it was a time of deep introspection. I was able to think back over all that I have accomplished using these strategies and honestly I am so amazed at how far I have come in every area of my life. I definitely have more joy in my days, I feel more purpose-driven and fulfilled. Working hard toward things you are passionate about will bring out the best in you, I have experienced this first-hand. Staying grounded in my planning practice, building healthy habits, and shifting my mindset in positive ways has completely transformed my outlook on life. That’s what this program is all about. MY PERSONAL WINS
The program includes a section all about practicing gratitude and celebrating your wins. I have been taking a few minutes before bed each night to write down a few things I am grateful for from the day. This calms my mind and eases any feelings of anxiety. It completely shifts my mindset from scarcity and fear to abundance and peace. It’s also important to celebrate my wins, because I am the type of person to just keep moving the finish line further out as soon as I complete something. I am so proud of this program that I have built and I am going to take a minute to soak it in.
