GROW WITH ME

I have made so many new friends here on this platform and on instagram, so I want to reintroduce myself and tell you how my personal growth journey so that I can also help you grow! Get a summary at the end of this post for how you can follow my growth process!

PHASE 1 – PLANNING

Phase 1 of my growth journey has come from my planning practice. I used to have such little control over my anxiety. I used to feel so disconnected and dissociated from my life. Like I was just a victim or passenger instead of being the driver’s seat! I have been using a physical planner since grade school. It was always sort of a comfort for me and a way to make sense of my day-to-day. It helped keep me on track with my tasks and was a place to hold my deadlines, so I didn’t have to try and remember it all. I earned a degree in graphic design, and after college, I decided to design my own planner inserts. I eventually opened a shop, and so my brand was born! 

Using a planner on a daily basis helped me prioritize my tasks and reduce my mental load. This created more time and energy for me to work on my brand and build something truly special. Planning helped me gain control over my days, my time, and my energy. I was able to start focusing on myself, building healthy habits, and start my own business. 

I pour my heart into creating these products that help us all gain back control over our lives and build a life we love! 

PHASE 2 – HABITS

As I mentioned before, using a planner allowed me to build healthy habits for myself by setting goals and using a daily tracker. 

Pro tip – if you’re feeling stuck in life, grab your planner or a notebook and start writing. Writing will help you gain clarity. Consider what you want your life to look like and decide the steps you need to take to get there! Start chipping away at this everyday. You will not only improve your life, but you will gain a sense of purpose, control, and confidence. 

By using a planner, I was able to focus on my wellness goals, such as eating healthier, drinking plenty of water, and getting movement. Don’t sleep on building habits. These habits have compounding effects that will help you physically and mentally. For example, my movement habit helped reduce my anxiety and stress. Doing a hard workout makes me feel strong and in control of my body, whereas my anxiety makes me feel weak and out of control. 

Remember- you might not be able to change your circumstances, but you can always change your actions and your perception! Focus on what you can control. Planning will help you do this! 

PHASE 3 – HELPING YOU GROW

The past few years have been filled with my own personal growth. I am a living, breathing example of how a simple hobby like planning can completely change your life. Helping you do the same is now my mission. I am currently working a full-time job and building this brand on the side. I am so full of optimism about where this brand will lead me! I have gained so many skills, so much knowledge, and I’m ready to help others grow in the process! 

The confidence I have gained from my planning practice has helped me see that my range of skills can help so many others grow their own passions! I would love to help others build their own brands / businesses and find success with something they are passionate about! I am currently expanding my shop with website templates, social media templates, and will be offering one-on-one services! I will keep you posted along this journey and would love to hear from you!
