With the 2026 collection! The Unexpected Benefits of Planning (That Have Nothing to Do with To-Do Lists)

Introduction
When most people think of planners, they think of endless to-do lists. But intentional planning is so much more; it’s about creating space for the life you actually want to live.
The 2026 collection is out now, and these tools go beyond scheduling. This collection is designed to help with mindset, focus, and overall lifestyle shifts.
KAITLYN
Planning = Mental Declutter
A planner isn’t just for organizing your time, it’s for organizing your mind.
The benefits of planning go beyond scheduling, planning leads to less anxiety, better focus, and the ability to “download” your thoughts onto paper instead of carrying them around in your mind. Free up your mental load and give yourself the space and the room to be present in your life.
I know the feeling of having 1 million things to do and never enough hours in the day to do it. But the fact is, we are each just one person. We can only do so much. Planning allows you to look ahead in your week, prioritize the tasks that are actually important, and then complete that task list one day at a time.
Having your plans written down also allows you to MAKE time for YOU. Your health, your well-being, your priorities. Use your planner to prioritize yourself, just as much as you are prioritizing everyone else.

Planning Builds Self-Trust
Sticking to even the smallest action in your planner teaches you to trust yourself again.
Showing up for yourself on a regular basis, and having a written record of that will dramatically increase your self-confidence. This confidence and pride in your actions will help you build consistency, because you will want to keep showing up. This ultimately leads to momentum with reaching your goals.
Planning creates this whole domino effect of personal development, and our 2026 selves are HERE FOR IT!
New for 2026 – I have added a new tracker to the shop! Same as previous years, I also have trackers embedded in the Week-on-Two-Page listing, and also a monthly goals and reflections insert.

Planning Creates Space for Joy (Not Just Tasks)
If you’re thinking planning = rigidity, think again. Planning is about creating margin for rest, hobbies, and connection. It’s about looking ahead in your schedule, making sure you’re meeting your deadlines, so that you can enjoy your life and be present with your loved ones.
Benefits of planning: Better work/life balance and intentional use of free time.
I personally love using my weekly inserts. Weekly inserts help you look ahead for an entire week, prioritize your tasks, plan for deadlines, and gives you room to plan for joy as much as responsibilities. It’s not wrong to write in time or activities for yourself into your planner. In fact, if you’re as busy as I am, you need the reminder to take a break from working and do something for yourself. You need to fill your own cup too. Using weekly inserts is a great way to do that. I like to use the week-on-two-page layout that has room for tracking 3 different tasks along the bottom of the spread. These trackers can be used as reminders for taking care of yourself daily. I use mine for hydration, nutrition, and movement. Use them for whatever you need to ensure you are staying on track during the week.
Planning Future-Proofs Your Goals
Unexpected obstacles always come up. That’s just life and we have to learn to ebb and flow with it. BUT planning gives you the ability to pivot instead of getting completely derailed.
Using a planner promotes resilience, adaptability, and staying on track even when things don’t go “to plan.”
The future log and yearly overview inserts are great for zooming out, seeing a full overview of the year, and keeping your main goals in focus even as life happens.
Planning = Manifestation in Action
I use my planner to help manifest my goals. Writing down what I want every day plants it deeper into my mind and makes me more likely to act on it. I am actively deciding what to focus on each day, which keeps my dreams top of mind.
Using your planner to manifest helps your goals feel possible, makes progress measurable, and helps you stay aligned with your vision.
The monthly reflections help turn those visions into consistent steps. Take time each month to reflect on previous goals, set new goals, and chart out your action steps. The Monthly Goals and Reflections pages are included in the Week-on-two-page insert and is also available as a separate insert with trackers.

2026 Collection Theme: Find Joy in the Little Things

In July, I posted a poll on Instagram asking you all to help me choose a theme for the 2026 collection. You all voted for “Find joy in the little things.” The Dashboards and other pieces of this collection are a reflection of this theme! I hope this collection will help you design a year that feels like yours, while reminding you to enjoy all the small moments of your everyday life.
