TAKE WHAT YOU NEED: AFFIRMATIONS

The blog this month is short and sweet. I have been working on my mental health this month and am having a hard time managing stress and relationships while juggling life. If that sounds familiar, this is for you.

I am currently working two jobs, trying to plan a wedding, and dealing with family in the midst of some personal health issues. While there are so many beautiful aspects of my life right now that I am thankful for, I am also struggling at times with feeling safe and grounded. My nervous system has been all over the place. I wanted to share some affirmations with you that may help you reframe your mindset if you are also struggling. If you want someone to chat with about your mental health, please reach out to me! Interpersonal Relationships

  • I am allowed to outgrow spaces that no longer feel aligned.
  • Not everyone will understand me and that’s okay.
  • I don’t need to shrink myself to be accepted.
  • I can set boundaries without feeling guilty.
  • I am worthy of relationships that feel safe, supportive, and mutual.
  • I release the need to explain myself to people committed to misunderstanding me.
  • I choose connections that add peace to my life, not confusion.
  • I can care about others without carrying their emotional weight.
  • I am allowed to take space to protect my energy.
  • The right people will meet me where I am, not where they expect me to be.

Anxiety & Stress

  • I don’t have to solve everything today.
  • I am safe in this moment.
  • My thoughts are not always facts.
  • I can slow down without falling behind.
  • I trust myself to handle what comes next.
  • It’s okay to rest, I don’t have to earn it.
  • I release the pressure to have everything figured out.
  • I can take this one step at a time.
  • Even when my mind feels loud, I can return to calm.
  • I am allowed to pause, breathe, and reset.

Self-Worth

  • I am enough, even on the days I don’t feel productive.
  • My worth is not measured by how much I accomplish.
  • I don’t need external validation to trust myself.
  • I am becoming someone I can be proud of.
  • I can take up space without apologizing for it.
  • I am allowed to want more for my life.
  • I trust my voice, my ideas, and my direction.
  • I don’t need to compare my path to anyone else’s.
  • I am allowed to grow at my own pace.
  • I am building a life that reflects who I truly am.

Gratitude (Grounding + Perspective)

  • There is more going right in my life than I usually notice.
  • I am grateful for the version of me that kept going.
  • Small moments are still meaningful moments.
  • I am allowed to appreciate where I am while working toward more.
  • There is something in today that deserves my attention and appreciation.
  • I am grateful for the lessons that are shaping me.
  • I have made more progress than I give myself credit for.
  • Even in hard seasons, there is something to hold onto.
  • I am surrounded by opportunities I am still learning to see.
  • I choose to notice the good, even when it feels small.
